Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and opened personal care products cannot be returned.
