Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 may have a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package on ParcelsApp or directly through the carrier's website. It may take 2–5 days after shipment for tracking to show activity while your order is in transit.
Customs & Duties
Most orders arrive without any customs fees. However, for international shipments, import duties or taxes may occasionally apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
